The 55th Annual Green River College High School Drags Returns June 5th 2026! 4:00pm - 11:00pm.
High School Students from all over the state and beyond are welcome to participate in this exciting 1/4 drag racing event! All you need is a vehicle that can make it from the starting line to the finish line! (Your stock daily driver is fine). Plus a Beat The Heat event where racers can take on the King County Sheriff racing them in their patrol vehicles!
Trophies and prizes as well as bragging rights are on the line!
We will have a High School Student Category and for the Graduates an Alumni Category where anyone 25 years old and younger can race!
Plus see your teachers race! We will have a Instructor competition where all the instructors from High School and College will race!
The High School with the most round wins will be the Champion High School and will receive a trophy for your school!
The overall winner in High School and Alumni will also win a Trophy and prizes!
The Winner of the Instructor Race will also win a trophy!

-Car Show open to all years and all ages. If you have a car that you like to show, enter our car show in the midway. From insane imports to tricked out trucks. From beautiful classics to rusty rat rods. They are all welcome.

Spectator admission $20. Students with ASB card $15. Kids 10 and younger are FREE.
Car Show entry fee $20 and includes driver admission.
Drag Race Entry Fee $65.
All students under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by parents to participate. Waivers coming soon.
There is no pre registration. You will pay at the track the day of.
All vehicles must pass basic tech inspection. See below.
No cracked windshields.
Seat Belts must be worn and functioning.
Any vehicle going quicker that 13.99 requires a helmet for the driver.
No major oil / fluid leaks.
Batteries must be secure - no bungee cords or rope.
Any hub caps in wheels must be removed.
No Bald Tires unless they are racing slicks.
All racers must have valid drivers license.

You can bring in outside food and beverages but no alcohol.
