This is an original program developed and led by Culture Generation to ensure an authentic and high-level cultural exchange. As a BIPOC-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Culture Generation is the originator of this culinary tourism model, created to uplift and support underserved minority immigrant communities. Through this work, we provide meaningful visibility and support to minority immigrant chefs who continue to preserve and share their culinary heritage.
