Green Flags & the Slow Burn is a grown, flirty Valentine gathering for sapphics 35+ — designed for connection, chemistry, and letting things unfold naturally. No speed dating. No performances. Just good energy, shared space, and room for a slow burn.
We’ll be gathering at Salazar, with a dedicated space for our community and an atmosphere that invites lingering, conversation, and movement between tables, the bar, and the dance floor-all shared space.
What to expect
- A community-wide Valentine night — singles, couples, and friends all welcome
- A special, optional connection game and tables for singles who want an easy, low-stakes way to meet and connect
- Shared tables designed to make it natural to sit, eat, talk, flirt, and vibe

- 5–9 PM: DJ-led energy as the night warms up and the slow burn kicks in

Salazar offers a full menu of Mexican food, small plates, and cocktails.
Guests are encouraged to purchase dinner and drinks throughout the event — this is a night meant for eating well, sipping something good, and staying awhile.
