Join us for a beginners’ nature walk this summer to discover the plants and wildlife of The Regent’s Park.
About this Event

Escape the bustle of central London and join us for a peaceful walk through the green oasis of . Discover some of the amazing plants and animals that live and forage in the park along the way.

On this introductory nature walk we’ll learn how to identify some common plant and animal species and the important value they provide to the park’s biodiversity.

Which bumblebee has a fluffy white bottom?

Which tree can provide food and shelter for up to 2300 species?

We’ll explore some of the important wildlife habitats in The Regent’s Park, all while absorbing the wellbeing benefits of spending time in nature.

Need a stool to make the walk possible or more accessible? We have 5 leisurewize walking stick chairs available, which will be brought only for those who reserve one. Please book your stool when reserving your ticket, and cancel if you can’t attend so we don’t need to carry unused stools.

These stools are simple to use and provide a quick rest for anyone who needs a moment during the walk. For safety, please use the stools carefully. They are provided for use at your own risk. The seat height is 54 cm and supports a maximum weight of 100 kg. We hope this helps make our walks comfortable and accessible for everyone!
