Join Greek Wine Collective at Nauticus for a relaxed 90-minute tasting exploring the wines reshaping how we think about Greece in the glass.
Winemaking in Greece dates back over 6,000 years, but what’s happening now is something else. This is a look at vibrant, precise wines made from indigenous grapes, shaped by producers with an utmost respect for the land.
Whether you’re ordering in a taverna, browsing a wine list, or picking something up for home, you’ll leave with a clearer sense of your style — and what to look for.
About the Host
Led by Edinburgh-born sommelier with Greek roots and over a decade of experience across hospitality, michelin restaurants and wine in Edinburgh, London, and Greece. Greek Wine Collective is her way of sharing her knowledge and passion of the region and bringing the best of modern Greek wine back to Scotland 🇬🇷
What to expect
A guided tasting of 4 wines (white, rosé, red) made from indigenous Greek varieties. Expect a mix of fresh, expressive styles — plus a taste of one of the greatest inventions ever in the wine world and one of Greece’s oldest winemaking traditions.
Light Greek-inspired snacks designed to show just how naturally these wines work with food.
