General Admission tickets are now available. Free admission for kids 10 and under. Complimentary admission for military personnel and first responders with proper photo I.D. General Admission tickets valid any day. There are no refunds on general admission tickets.

Do I need to purchase a General Admission ticket to attend the Festival?
Yes, General Admission tickets are required for each person entering festival grounds. Tickets are valid any day of the Festival.
What if I can't come on the day I purchased the General Admission for?
No problem! The General Admission ticket is valid all weekend long!
Do I need to purchase a ticket for my child?
If your child is over 10, a ticket is required for entry on to Festival grounds. If your child is under 10, we ask that you add a free *Children 10 & Under: General Admission* ticket to your cart. You will not be charged for this ticket, but it helps us keep track of how many people are on Festival grounds at a time.
Can I get a refund if it's raining or I'm unable to attend the festival?
No refunds on any ticket purchases for any reason. Purchasing tickets online or in person implies agreement to this refund policy.
How can I purchase Food and Beverage tickets?
The Greek Festival has moved to a cashless, ticketless system once you enter festival grounds. Credit cards will be used at each food and beverage station. No cash will be accepted on Festival grounds.

Is parking available?
- Rideshare customers (Uber/Lyft) have preferred access drop off and pick up at the festival entrance. Use Alpha road entrance on the north side of festival grounds.
- $25.00 Valet parking is available on Festival grounds
- $10.00 Parking will be available at two properties across from the Festival
- Temple Shalom (6930 Alpha Rd )
- $5.00 King of Glory Lutheran Church located at 6411 Lyndon B. Johnson Fwy, Dallas. A Shuttle will be available to and from this location.
- Free Handicap parking is available at the Temple Shalom (6930 Alpha Rd.) with golf carts available to take visitors to the Festival*Parking is first come first served
Are Animals Allowed?
- Animals are not permitted at the Greek Food Festival with the exception of service animals with proper documentation.
How Does Will Call Work?
-Purchase as many tickets as you need under YOUR name for your Will Call Friends.
-When you make your purchase your name will automatically go onto the WILL CALL list
-Tell your friends to check-in at the entrance gate and have them give your name (not their name).
-Your Will Call friend will then be checked in and they can enjoy the festival!
