This is a hybrid event - you can attend either in person at Wind Chime Court in Raleigh, NC, or entirely online from the comfort of your own home!
Smoking puts you at an increased risk for countless health conditions, like cancer, stroke, and severe complications from the coronavirus.
Quitting smoking, on the other hand, has immediate health benefits — once you quit smoking, the nicotine and chemical poisons are out of your body in 3-4 days. If you stop before you turn 50, you cut the risk of dying in the next 15 years in half, compared to those who keep lighting up. Remember, it is never too late to quit smoking!
Smokers who quit using hypnotherapy do not experience the same withdrawal symptoms as someone who goes cold turkey, because hypnosis helps you get to the triggers that are causing you to reach for cigarettes to begin with and change your response to them.

November 16th is also the Great American Smoke-out, organized by the American Cancer Society, so you can quit alongside thousands of other Americans and take advantage of all the support groups and resources they have to offer!
