This offering is a unique opportunity to spend 13 months (each 3rd Wednesday) ending next November. Using the format that Stephen Levine outlined in his book "A Year to Live" twelve of us will explore life and death love and fear. Through meditation, journaling, deep sharing and more the exploration of mortality opens up life in a way that nothing else can.

Also included will be a copy of the book and recorded guided meditations on www.sitraleigh.com to use during the month. Zoom option is available if you are unable to make a session in person, but in person attendance is requested as often as possible. The sessions will NOT be recorded.

Info: On our first night we each will be given a copy of the book, we will have time to introduce ourselves to the group and explain why we chose to go on this journey. The first night we will lay out what the next 12 sessions will look like and what is expected of each member of the group. We will be led in a guided meditation, and given instructions to practice throughout the month until we meet again
