Join us at the Center for Counseling and Conscious Healing for a special Gratitude Yin Yoga class as we come together to support and uplift our community. This class is free of charge, with donations encouraged to Casa San José. Please donate directly at https://casasanjose.org/en/ Casa San José supports and advocates with and for the Latino community in Pittsburgh, and we are honored to stand beside them and show that our community is behind their important work.Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that involves holding gentle, supported poses for longer periods of time to encourage deep relaxation, mobility, and nervous system regulation.
