Gratitude in Motion 2025-Monthly Nature Walks

A gratitude nature walk is a beautiful way to immerse yourself in nature while fostering a sense of appreciation and mindfulness. We will meet at the grassy area near the last parking lot. Please note that you may not have cell phone reception in the park. Follow me so you get notified when I create a new event for the following month.

2. We will focus on cultivating gratitude by encouraging participants to actively acknowledge and share the good in their life. We'll also take time to appreciate the beauty and gifts of nature.
3. You'll have the the opportunity to connect with others in a meaningful way. Who knows you might find a regular walking partner.
4. Walking has been shown to boost mood and reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. The combination of physical activity, fresh air, and exposure to nature during a walk can contribute to improved mental health.
