Carlos and Wendy would like to invite you to join them on a journey of self-discovery and healing, through the process of sacred drum-making! This 6 week healing journey focuses on Carlos’ Grandmother’s traditional teaching and stories. Respect for the standing people (trees), the four-leggeds (deer, bear etc.), those who live in the sea, the creepy crawlies; the Earth, Air, Water, and Fire; the living Energy and Essence of all things — in particular to their connection to the Drum. We also learn how the drum came into being — what it represents, what it means, how it is used, how it heals, and how it can be a reflection of our very own soul.
The next class will be in Oromocto, beginning Sunday October 26th at 2 pm until 5 pm. It will consist of 6 consecutive weekly classes followed by a Full Moon ceremony and drum/drummer initiation.
The energy exchange for this class will depend on the size of the drum hoop that chooses you:
$150.00 10”
$250.00 12”
$300.00. 14”
$350.00. 16”
$400.00. 18”
Even though we won’t hold you to it (the hoops have a way of choosing us), please let Wendy know if you have a size of hoop in mind. It will help us with prep. 💜
Payment may be made in full, or distributed over the length of the class. A $50 deposit is required when you pick up your hoop (during the first class) and the balance is due by the last class. Cash, or e-transfer to Carlos are accepted.
