This event will consist of two rounds.
Round 1 - will be a scramble format. All players shot and the team chooses the best shot to play from. All players throw again and repeat the process until the hole is complete
Round 2 - will be alternate shot with one 'Cali'/Mulligan per hole (use it or lose it). Each team will set a rotation of play and loop that rotation for the entire round. If player 2 finishes one hole, then player 3 will tee off the next hole. If/when a team choses to play a Cali shot the rotation moves up one. If player 2 shoots and the team calls Cali, then player 3 will shoot again from the same lie and player 3's shot is then taken.
There will be two divisions:
Restricted division - will be limited to players rated under 900 and entry fee will be $60/team.
Open division - has no ceiling for player rating and will cost $105/team.
Pass through fees:
$5/player for non JOMO Acres members. All remaining cash will be paid out!
Payouts (for each division):
Top 25% of each division
Putting contest - Cash prizes for the best and 2nd best putters
Closest to the pole -
Playoffs (for prizing teams only) - Each team will play the alternate shot format on a 4 hole (holes 10, 7, 8 and 9) playoff. If the teams are still tied after those 4 holes the holes, each team will chose one player to repeat those holes in a sudden death format until there is a winner.
Rules: PDGA rules will be in effect for the event.
Note: the course is on private property and smoking is not permitted on the course. Due to current fire restrictions, smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area in the parking lot.
Scoring will be on UDisc. Please make sure someone on your team has the app.
