About this Event
Join Us for The (M) Factor 2: Before the Pause (Perimenopause)
Grand Rapids Premiere
An Evening of Connection, Education & Collective Power
This is more than a film screening.
It’s a gathering. A conversation. A reclamation.
We are coming together for a special community screening of The M Factor2: Before the Pause (Perimenopause) and we are intentionally keeping this event free because women already face enough barriers when it comes to understanding their bodies, their health, and their options.
You deserve access to information.
You deserve clarity.
You deserve to feel confident in your own body.
What the Evening Looks Like
✨ Connection & Community
We’ll begin with time to mingle, enjoy light bites and drinks, and connect with women-forward businesses and sponsors who helped keep this event free and who believe in education, advocacy, and better healthcare for women. Come early. Meet someone new. Start the conversation.
🎬 Documentary Screening
We’ll watch The M Factor 2, Before the Pause, a powerful follow-up film that continues to challenge silence, stigma, and misinformation around menopause. It’s honest. It’s validating. It’s activating.
🎤 Expert Panel & Open Dialogue
After the film, stay for a live panel of trusted experts in women’s health. Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. This is a space for real answers, meaningful discussion, and shared wisdom.
This evening is designed so you leave feeling:
• Informed
• Connected
• Empowered
• Confident in your voice and your health decisions
• Part of something bigger than yourself
Whether you are in perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, supporting someone who is, or simply passionate about health equity — you belong in this room.
Keeping It Free — And Paying It Forward
We are committed to keeping this event accessible. However, for those who are able and feel moved to give back, there will be an optional opportunity to donate to Hormonally, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving access to accurate, evidence-based hormone and menopause education.
Hormonally works to close the knowledge gap in women’s health by providing trusted resources, advocacy, and community-centered education so that no one has to navigate midlife health alone. If this evening supports you, consider supporting their mission so more women can access the information they deserve.
Donation is completely optional — your presence is what matters most.
Photography Notice
We will have an event photographer capturing moments from the evening to help us continue amplifying education and advocacy around menopause. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let us know at check-in and we will provide a discreet identifier to ensure your privacy is respected.
Come curious.
Leave powerful.
Bring a friend.
We can’t wait to gather with you.
