Welcome to MeXo University: Mezcal 202!
Join us in person for a fun and nuanced deep dive into the world of mezcal!
Next stop in our 200 course series, Mezcal 202. Open to both 101 series grads; and mezcal afficienado's alike! A basic knowledge of Agave Spirits is strongly encouraged, however not required.
In this class we will take a more nuanced perspective into variations in production styles, terroir & cultivation practices, agave varietials, and ancestral methods.
Whether you're a newbie or already mezcal-curious, this event will boost your knowledge and appreciation with hands-on experience. Don't miss out on connecting with fellow mezcal lovers and uncovering the spirit’s rich traditions!
