Join us for our Grand Gong Gathering, a time of balance, renewal, and rebirth, as we welcome the energy of the Spring Equinox.

This is a unique collaborative sound experience, inviting you to immerse yourself in nurturing frequencies a weaving of layered vibrational tones designed to soothe the nervous system, quiet mental chatter, and support deep rest.
Allow the harmonic sounds to guide you into stillness, helping to release tension and reconnect with clarity and calm.
This gathering is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, renewal, and rest through gongs, dragon frequencies, singing bowls, shamanic drum, and other gentle percussion.

You will be warmly welcomed into our beautiful new venue — a cosy, nurturing space to relax, restore, and gently prepare to move forward into spring.
Energy & aura cleansing
Chants (led by the facilitators)
Gentle body movement (to bring awareness into the body)
Practices to calm the mind and nervous system

⏰ Arrival Information
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable, as we begin promptly.
Late entry cannot be guaranteed once the session has started, as it may disrupt the experience for others.

Sound healing is generally considered low risk and safe for most people. However, participation is not recommended for individuals who:
Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
Have been diagnosed with epilepsy or have experienced seizures within the past three months
Experience severe tinnitus or sound sensitivity
Have been diagnosed with a severe mental health condition, including psychosis
Have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical or mechanical medical device

Additional precautions:
Anxiety and depression are not considered contra-indications. If you have concerns about your mental wellbeing, please consult your GP or healthcare provider before attending.
Those who wear hearing aids are advised to lower the volume or remove them during the session to prevent discomfort.
Individuals with metal implants (plates, pins, joint replacements) may experience discomfort from vibration and should seek medical advice if unsure.
