GRAFTON NIGHTS is a hilarious celebration of Liverpools legendary night club THE GRAFTONIt's the latest comedy from Steve Bird and Paul Daley the writers of the smash hit "On The Banks Of The Royal Blue Mersey"
The Grafton was one of Liverpool's best known nightspots. Packed out every weekend it became renowned for its “Grab a Granny Nights" and its last dance "slowie" This was the club where age was just a number, where anything could happen and it usually did.
GRAFTON NIGHTS is the story of what happens when the club reopens its doors for a one night only reunion.
Best friends Kaz Debbie and Maxine were regulars at the club and whilst Kaz and Debbie are excited about reliving the good old days, Maxine isn’t, her lasting memory of The Grafton was ending up with a baby after a drunken one night stand...
Now with a grown up son, Maxine thought she had put her Grafton days behind her, but when her lad Jamie gets a job behind the bar, and theirs the chance he might meet someone she'd rather he didn't, she has no choice but to go and relive her Grafton Nights one more time.
"GRAFTON NIGHTS" is filled with colourful characters, lots of scouse humour and timeless pop songs that will take you back to the days of disco and cheesy pop classics.
