The open mat is open to everyone with a basic understanding of BJJ and it's ruleset.

Don't forget:

• Slippers are mandatory - walking inside the gym with street shoes, socks or barefoot is not allowed
• No glass bottles
• Reservations are mandatory - if booking is not possible, the open mat is booked out. Tickets will always become available on the Monday before the next open mat.
