GRACE Support is a confidential support group for parents/people caring for a child, teen, or young adult struggling with their mental health. Caring for a struggling child can feel like a very lonely endeavor, but we promise you are not alone.
Grace Support asks how are YOU doing? How are you caring for yourself?
Grace Support is here to help you manage your own mental health while caring for someone who is struggling. The group is a safe space to connect with other parents and caregivers navigating similar waters.
Our first meeting topic is Self-Care for Caregivers - Prioritizing Your Peace During the Holidays.
Each monthly meeting will have a presentation from a mental healthcare professional followed by a support group discussion.
We hope you can join us. There is hope in community.
