WHAT TO BRING - REQUIRED
- A rucksack/backpack/weighted vest (Rucker recommended)
- Ruck Plate (or equivalent) in your rucksack = to your weight suggestion
- Men = 20 lb. Ruck Plate
- Women = 10 lb. Ruck Plate
- Kids = water,books/etc.
- Nalgene bottle recommended.
