Join us for Goods Exchange Day, a city-wide initiative that encourages residents to give new life to items they no longer need. There are two ways to participate:
1. Give – Set out usable, unwanted items at the curb of your residence
2. Take – Exploring your neighbourhood and picking up items that may be useful to you
Items should be placed at the curb after 8 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, and any remaining items must be removed by 6 p.m. the same day.
Common items include furniture, small appliances, books, toys, clothing, kitchenware, and other household goods in good condition. For the safety and benefit of others, please ensure that all items are clean, functional, and suitable for reuse.
Please note that there will be no special city pickup of leftover items, and residents are responsible for clearing anything that remains at the end of the day.
By placing reusable goods at the curb, you help reduce waste and give others the opportunity to find something they can use.
