The Good Youth Employment Symposium is Youth Employment UK’s annual end of year conference for employers committed to building inclusive, future-ready talent strategies.

This year’s theme - Building Your Talent Strategy - focuses on turning policy into practice and delivering ROI for your talent strategy. Through a day of expert insight, real-world case studies, and actionable strategies, delegates will explore how to attract, recruit, and retain young people more effectively.

Through a day of expert insight, data-driven discussion, and real-world case studies, attendees will hear from employers, policymakers, and young people about what’s working (and what’s next) in youth employment.

Sessions will explore:

  • Health & Wellbeing: Creating safe, supportive workplaces
  • Skills: Building employability and progression pathways
  • Applying for Work: Rethinking recruitment to open doors
  • NEET & Inclusion: Re-engaging young people left behind

Join other HR, Early Careers, and L&D professionals to lead the conversation on what’s next for youth employment - and leave equipped with the insight and tools you need to shape strategies that strengthen your organisation’s talent pipeline, ESG, and EDI goals.

This event is sponsored by BPP and Gateway Qualifications.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you can transfer your ticket to another colleague from your organisation. Please contact us at [email protected] with their name and details, and we’ll update the registration.
