About this Event
Blood donations save lives. That’s a fact.
At New Acropolis Chicago School of Philosophy, every volunteer project we undertake is carried out with deep care, thoughtfulness, and generosity. We believe in the power of selflessness and the importance of making a meaningful impact in the community.
Volunteering can often come with immediate rewards-gratitude, acknowledgment, or a sense of accomplishment. But what about when the rewards aren’t immediately visible? What about when it involves discomfort, like the fear of needles, or the courage to face something difficult for the sake of others?
We invite you to step up and join us on Saturday, March 22nd, between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM, at our school for a blood drive that will help give people the greatest gift of all-the gift of life.
For individuals battling serious conditions like sickle cell anemia, blood transfusions can be the difference between survival and suffering. These life-saving donations help people live fuller, healthier lives, and you could be the one to make that possible.
This is just one of many powerful stories featured on the Versiti Blood Center website, our non-profit partner for this blood drive.
Come, give a little of yourself to make a big difference in someone’s life. Every donation counts, and we hope to see you there!
