Good Game Dev Club - London Meetup

Good Game Dev Club is a pay-if-you-want monthly games industry meetup which takes place at Loading Bar in Dalston, London. The event is aimed at anyone who works in the games industry, or is trying to break in. Its open to anyone to make friends and help the community to be a good place to exist in.

If you're developing a game and would like people to playtest, please feel free to bring along your laptop and you can setup in one of the booths. Each has a plug socket below the seat.

Video Game Trivia Quiz - with your quizmaster, Harvey Hayman...

Do you know your Hitmonlee from your Hitman 3? Put your phones away (the internet doesn't work down here anyway), you'll be tested on your video game knowledge across a spread of video game related trivia questions. Come with a group or join up when you arrive and compete for glory.

Good Game Dev Club is organised by Harvey Hayman, with the permission and blessing of Loading Bar. The event is not affiliated with any organisations. Please join the Discord and let Harvey know if you have any questions.

Good Game Dev Club (normally) takes place on the first Thursday of every month.

Come talk game development, air your views about Unity licencing fees, discuss marketing strategy, celebrate the birth of a wave of new games journalism groups or discuss government games policy. It's all good.

Loading Bar has a load of games consoles setup with a monumental selection of board and video games, the perfect place to talk games.
