Warm up in the sauna, cool down in the cold plunge, and sit amongst the birds and bluebells wrapped in a cosy robe.Relax with a herbal tea to listen to the bird song or stretch out on the meditation platform.Gather around the campfire with a hot chocolate and leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and restored. All is welcome and all is optional.

What to Bring:
1)Swimwear. Come 'Sauna ready' as facilities are limited
2)Two towels (one for the sauna, one for drying)
