FROM DARKNESS TO DAWN: A Good Friday Tenebrae Service at FBCM This Good Friday, step into a powerful, immersive experience as we walk with Jesus to the cross… and watch hope break through the darkness.
From Darkness to Dawn is a Service of Tenebrae & Resurrection Hope — a beautiful, solemn journey through the Seven Last Words of Christ. One by one, candles will be extinguished as Scripture is read. The room will grow darker… until we sit together in total silence and darkness. Then comes the Strepitus — the great noise of the tomb — followed by the sudden turn to resurrection hope as we sing “O Praise the Name (Anástasis)” and hear the triumphant declaration: He is not here. He is risen.
