Filled with stoke from his recent trip to Tenkawa Shrine, the high-shrine of music in Japan, Si Mullumby brings forward the next edition of Good Fortune!
This is a 'pop-up' event, a short notice workshop, please share with your friends!
Good Fortune is a Breath & Voice Workshop that harnesses well being & positive energy from the inside of our selves. This is a direct inward path through creating ease in our nervous system and allowing it to radiate throughout our beings.
This is a relaxed, non-confrontational space based on the underpinning felt sense of silence. This style of breath work is not an emotional release container. It is a place to identify where we feel good in our selves and allow that goodness to grow as an inner ally.
Si teaches his unique breathing system. This is the same system he uses to harness and deliver life force energy through playing the didgeridoo, however this is taught as a stand alone breathing modality.
Once this energy is cultivated the second half of the workshop is about opening into our collective song to utilise this good energy to nourish all of our selves.
Once we are open we then have the Good Fortune; we have tapped into our inner gold and indeed become fortunate.
We move forwards into the Saturday evening more alive & more in alignment with who we truly are.
Si believes that this work makes us more lucky. That is up to you to see for yourself!
