Welcome to the Gongfree at the Shaolin Temple Gong Bath event! Join us for a unique experience of relaxation and rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the soothing sound waves of gongs played by our skilled practitioners. This event is for all.
1 .5 hours gong bath of pure sound healing with an amazing array of gongs and other instruments all in one session as you relax on the floor laying down.
As we elevate our energies to another plane and re-emerge as the best of ourselves revitalised and ready to face all the dark corners of our psyche that hinders us down as we celebrate the end of Summer. The feeling of calm and nothingness, self healing and bliss.
On occasions the mind can wonder into suppressed emotions which we encourage you to accept as a part of the process. You will feel in most cases calm, regenerated, re-centered, sometimes ecstatic for some days after the session. We recommend drinking plenty of water and not to have any urgent immediate chores before or after.We use those corners into manifestation fuel.Forsaking freely and powerfully any negative behaviours that might surround us giving us more empowerment and momentum.Shutting down the noise of fleeting negative noise and elevating to another plane.

Joanna is th co-creator of Lake of Frequency and she has been facilitating teaching and events in line with her elders Don Conreaux as well as his daughter Yaelle Eloul Shaphir Lac continioung the legacy. She has been creating events combining dance, singing, as well as other arts.
