About this Event

Gong Nidra is the combination of yoga nidra and gong simultaneously. This helps participants reach a state of relaxation faster and easier. The gong helps listeners drop in to a peaceful and calm state of mind and state within that state longer.

Yoga Nidra, often translated as "yogic sleep" or "psychic sleep," is a powerful relaxation technique and a form of guided meditation that induces deep relaxation while maintaining a state of consciousness. It is practiced lying down comfortably on the back, usually with a bolster or blanket to support the body, and involves systematically relaxing different parts of the body while maintaining awareness of the breath and sensations.

During a Yoga Nidra session, the practitioner is guided through various stages aimed at achieving a state of profound relaxation. These stages typically include body scanning, breath awareness, visualization, and conscious relaxation of different parts of the body. The practice aims to bring the practitioner to a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body is fully relaxed, but the mind remains alert and attentive.

Yoga Nidra is not only a relaxation technique but also a powerful tool for self-exploration, stress reduction, and personal transformation. Regular practice of Yoga Nidra has been shown to alleviate stress, anxiety, insomnia, and other psychological and physical ailments. It can also help improve focus, concentration, creativity, and overall well-being.

Join us for one of the most relaxing experiences ever and help your body and mind restore to its optimal state.
