Join us for a serene evening under the Waning Crescent Moon at Cardiff Yoga Studio, where you'll be enveloped by the soothing sounds of two gongs: Earth and Sun. Let the vibrations wash away your stress and rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit.

What to Expect

In a Gong Bath, you'll lie down, close your eyes, and allow the gongs' oceanic vibrations to guide your brainwaves into a deeply relaxed state. It will last for around an hour. Each experience is unique, but common benefits might include:

Deep insight (connection to your higher self)
Visions, intuition, or sudden clarity
A profound sense of relaxation and calm

A Personal Journey

This Gong Bath is a solo experience, allowing you to journey within a safe and peaceful space. As a trained DreamWorker, I'm here to facilitate your relaxation and inner exploration. If you'd like to further explore your experience, you're welcome to email me after the session. There is no group share within the session.

Eye mask

Pillow for head

Blanket to keep warm

Contraindications

Are you less than 3 months’ pregnant?
Do you have or have you had, frequency triggered epilepsy or any seizures which you believe are sound triggered?
Are you currently being treated for, or do you currently have, clinical depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, dis-associative disorders, paranoid schizophrenia or any other serious mental health condition?
Do you have a diagnosis of PTSD (or feel you have PTSD).
Have you recently had surgery or any medical procedure? Are there any complications or pain with this?
Are you prone to anaphylaxis or require any life-saving Medic*tion to be administered? Do you need to carry an Epi-pen, for example?
Do you have any serious medical conditions or general special needs that I need to know about beforehand?
Are you comfortable lying on the floor? Would you prefer to be treated in a chair?
Do you have metal implants in your body, such as pins or joints?
Are you considered a vulnerable adult?
