This Gong bath will lead you on a Springtime Sonic Journey of Renewal and Relaxation.
The resonance of the Earth Gong, will be guide you into a meditative state of rest, healing and reflection. Opening a space where old emotions, blockages, and limiting patterns can be gently released and new ideas and inspiration welcomed in.
The frequency of the Earth is grounding, healing, nourishing and comforting, it rebalances your body and energies so you may thrive in your endeavours. Grow through challenges and blossom into wise and inspired beings.
Located in the heart of Highgate Village - in Pond Square Chapel, this event is a local gem, so come and join us to discover a life changing practice of sound healing.

Sound healing is safe and effective, however, if you have any of the following conditions or are under supervision by a mental health team/health care provider, please check it is safe for you to attend:

Please bring your yoga mat, cushions and blankets to ensure you are comfortable; you could also use chairs to sit in through the session - these will be provided.
Doors open 10 mins before the event starts, please arrive on time to chose your space and make yourself comfortable.
Late arrivals will not be allowed in as it creates disruption and noise for those present.
