About this Event
Bring your favorite writing materials to our cozy generative writing workshop, where you'll be given prompts to flex your creativity and write/share alongside others as you feel comfortable. This month, we'll give prompts inspired by the writings of poet Chen Chen.
At Golden Hours, we understand that writing and sharing with others is an inherently vulnerable experience. We intentionally cultivate a safe and friendly space so you can have a positive experience doing so! We are dedicated to fostering an affirming community for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent folks, and those healing from trauma.
- Please arrive a bit before 7pm so we can begin our writing together as a group
- Bring your own writing materials (notebook, laptop, headphones, etc.)
- You’re welcome to bring your own snacks/drinks
- You won’t be expected to share your writing if you don’t want to!
