About this Event

This Month: From Hype to Civic Advantage: How Louisville Can Lead in AI

What does it look like when a city chooses to lead in AI rather than react to it?

This month's Louisville AI Exchange is heading somewhere new. We're gathering inside the Mayor's Gallery at Louisville Metro Hall for a conversation with Pamela McKnight, Louisville Metro Government's Chief AI Officer, on the civic AI strategy Louisville is actively building, one designed to strengthen trust, expand opportunity, and make sure AI works for this city and the people in it.

Pamela will explore how Louisville is bringing together government, community, industry, and education around a shared vision for AI, share what's already in motion, and open up the conversation about what comes next.

About the Event

If you're a business or technology leader in Louisville thinking about what AI means for your organization and your community, you're not alone. That's precisely why Slingshot and the University of Louisville College of Business host the Louisville AI Exchange, a monthly meetup series designed to connect, inspire, and empower the local AI-curious community, without sales pitches or agendas.
