Goldchild Fika Table — Private Specialty Coffee & Swedish Pastry Tasting

During World of Coffee Week in San Diego, we’re creating something more intimate.

The Goldchild Fika Table is a private, 3-course tasting experience limited to just 8 guests per session. Designed as a chef’s table-style experience, each seat brings you into a guided journey through coffee, culture, and connection.

Jeff will be serving three single origin coffees, each brewed with precision and intention. As you move through each course, he’ll walk you through what you’re tasting—sharing insights on origin, processing, and flavor—so you leave with a deeper understanding of the coffee in your cup.

Each coffee is paired with Swedish pastries and desserts by Ela, thoughtfully created to complement the tasting experience. Along the way, Ela shares her Swedish roots and introduces the tradition of fika—a way of slowing down to enjoy coffee, something sweet, and meaningful time with others.

Set during one of the most exciting weeks in coffee, this experience offers a different pace—an opportunity to step away from the crowds and into something more intentional.
