We’ll explore one of Philadelphia’s beautiful wooded trail systems — a route that offers forest views, gentle elevation, and space to breathe deeply. This hike is crafted to be both grounding and energizing, giving you time to reconnect with yourself while being held in community.
Expect a mindful pace, joyful conversation, and moments of quiet reflection as we move together through the trees. Whether you’re new to hiking or returning to the trail, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and enjoy the healing power of nature.
