About this Event
Spring is calling, and we’re heading to Sourland Mountain for a challenging, grounding, and deeply rewarding hike. April brings fresh greenery, soft mud, and the first signs of the season waking up — and this trail makes you work for every view.
This route is rated moderate to difficult, with rocky climbs, uneven terrain, and steady elevation. Beginners are welcome in our space, and we move as a community. We simply ask that you honor where your body is, choose the pace that feels supportive, and give yourself permission to pause whenever you need.
We’ll take our time, enjoy the scenery, and create space for connection, breath, and presence. Expect a mix of quiet moments, shared laughter, and the grounding energy that comes from being outdoors together.

Meet-up Details
8:45 AM — We gather, greet, stretch, and set intentions before stepping onto the trail. For safety reasons, exact trail details will be shared in the event reminder sent on the Friday before the hike.
