What to Expect
🥂 Welcome Drink
Kick off the evening with a complimentary prosecco while you settle in and meet fellow guests.
🍸 Cocktail-Making Class (Led by Sips of Sapphire)
During a guided 40-minute session (pre-voted on by the group), you’ll learn the fundamentals of cocktail crafting, including:
- A brief history of cocktails
- The six classic styles of cocktails
- Essential bar tools and how to use them
- Why ice matters and the best types to use
- Overview of essential spirits
- The history behind the featured cocktail
You’ll watch a live demonstration before creating your own cocktail alongside the group. Afterward, enjoy your drink while mingling and taking photos.
🍫 Chocolate Experience at Robinson’s Chocolates
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a sweet interactive chocolate experience including:
- A brief introduction to the history of chocolate and Robinson’s Chocolates
- A DIY chocolate dipping station with strawberries and pretzel rods
- Unlimited access to the chocolate machine for dipping treats
- Take-home containers to bring home your creations
Guests will also have the opportunity to browse the shop and purchase additional chocolates during the event.
