🐐 Goat Yoga for the Girls 🐐Come stretch, breathe, and lose your composure for I Support The Girls.
We're bringing our baby goats to Old Mill Park on April 11 at 10 AM for a yoga experience that's equal parts workout and chaos. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or haven't touched a yoga mat since 2015, you belong here. The goats don't judge.
After approximately 45 minutes of guided yoga full of baby goat interference, stick around for goat cuddle time, because obviously.
We're doing this with I Support The Girls because period poverty is a genuine issue in our community and this is a tangible, local way to do something about it. I Support The Girls collects bras and period products for people experiencing hardship, restoring dignity and confidence to those who need it most. Every single donation from this event will stay right here, going to young women in Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties.
Admission is simple: bring a box of period products. Or two. Or three. Every pad, tampon, or menstrual cup goes straight to someone local that needs it.

🐐 Baby goats will be accepting tips on site. This is completely optional and will be used to buy animal crackers (their favorite treat) and cover the cost of the event space (parks ain't free, y'all).
To attend: Mark yourself as going on this Facebook event, then register on-site by signing a waiver and dropping your donation in the box.
Bring: Your yoga mat or a towel, a water bottle, and a sense of humor. Leave your dignity at home — the goats will handle it from there.
