New Year’s Eve gets the James Bond treatment as Vesper rings in 2026 with a Casino Royale–inspired bash on Wednesday, December 31st. Beginning at 7 p.m., the Bond-inspired cocktail bar’s moody counterpart, Spectre, transforms into an elegant Monte Carlo–style gaming lounge featuring blackjack, craps, roulette, and more. The casino opens at 8:30 p.m., giving guests a chance to test their luck in true high-stakes fashion. As the night builds, passed hors d’oeuvres make their way through the room and a complimentary champagne toast is ready for midnight. At 11:30 p.m., chips are exchanged for raffle tickets toward a lineup of prizes revealed after the ball drops. At midnight, a cascade of balloons drops overhead, some holding cash-filled surprises for the evening’s luckiest players.
