GMB Fitness makes athletic movement accessible with minimal equipment.This workshop will teach you more about the GMB Fitness method. You'll learn how to use the AAA Framework to improve and sustain your strength and mobility needs and stretches that address your flexibility needs.
It will help you learn how to use these new ranges of motion in order to better sustain your flexibility gains long term.You will also learn the foundation locomotion pattern (Bear, Monkey, Frogger) that we teach at GMB.
Each movement and their progressions lay the foundation for physical autonomy that can be easily transferred to any other skill someone might want to work on or better yet their daily life.
You will also learn how to mindfully approach strength training. Many people associate strength training with how much weight they can lift or how fast they can sprint, and while both of those are great, we like to look at strength differently.
This workshop is suitable for beginners and those who haven't completed any of the GMB Fitness programs. Please notify us of any concerns you may have through email/messenger.
