Learn to bake gluten free artisan sourdough bread like a professional. Find out all the expert tips and tricks to baking delicious loaves.Each class is designed to maximise individual attention with no more than 4 attendees. Classes are aimed at intermediate level bakers but you don't have to have experience baking bread.
As well as covering our basic sourdough recipe in detail, we'll spend time talking about how to get the best results at home and troubleshooting any difficulties you've already had. We'll also mix it up a bit with some gluten free bread tasting.
You will bake a loaf during the class that you can take home to enjoy later. You'll also take home an artisan bread baking kit worth $50 and enough ingredients for your next loaf, including your very own millet sourdough starter.
The course is run from a licensed 100% gluten free kitchen in a private home in Aveley and the address will be provided to you after you've paid for the course.
