About this Event
Classes are carefully created to enhance a child's mental health & wellbeing, joining in at their own pace. Children will learn new skills & techniques to assist in gaining a greater understanding to manage their feelings & emotions more effectively. Helping them to take responsibility for their own actions and responses, building emotional intelligence and emotion resilience with tools & strategies.
Each child will take part in group crafts & activities, taking their creations home at the end of each class. Lunch/early tea provided. Classes are suitable for children 4-16 years old.
Please note: Parents are unable to stay. These classes are also on the first floor of the building. Access only via stairs.
Maximum number of children on this session is 10.
We will be holding a provider event on Wednesday 4th December between 3.30pm to 6.30pm at Central Link Family Hub, Peter Street, St Helens, WA10 2EB. We would like to invite parents/carers and children/young people to drop in and meet with HAF providers to have a better idea of what activities are on offer and an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have.
