Join us for a new beginners group at MadRunners! We don't need to know how far or fast you can (or can't, yet!) just that you would like to run in a friendly group environment with knowledgeable and patient coaches.
Whether you are a complete beginner, have recently completed a C25k program, have taken a break from running previously, or just want to gain confidence and burn calories, this is the session for you!
Although we would recommend a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks of training there is no ongoing commitment and the session is pay as you go £4.
If you have any questions at all please just ask. Once you are ready to attend please complete this registration form and meet us in the main reception of Sutton Leisure Centre at 6:55pm on Monday!
