SINGAPORE'S FIRST SOUND THERAPY EVIDENCE SUMMIT
Following the success of our 2024 12-Hour Sound Therapy Marathon (launched by Minister Indranee Rajah with CNA coverage), FREQUENCY 2026 evolved into a comprehensive evidence summit bringing together university research, clinical practice, and integrative wellness innovation.
MINI SOUND THERAPY MARATHON - SIGNATURE SESSIONS

- FIVE ELEMENTS SOUND THERAPY (45 minutes)
→ Evidence-based integrative Traditional Chinese Medicine & therapeutic sound session

- CRYOGENIC SOUND THERAPY (45 minutes)
→ Singapore’s First & Only Sound Therapy & Oxygen Cold Room Experience

→ Time slots assigned on first-come-first-served basis
→ Timeslots: 11am · 12:15am · 2pm · 3:15pm
WHAT TO BRING:
→ Comfortable clothing (layers or blankets recommended for Cryogenic session)
→ Bring your own yoga mat for the session (not be provided)
→ You may also bring a blanket if you are sensitive to cold
→ Water bottle (refill stations available)
