Trail to Tranquility
Step away from the city's hustle and reconnect with yourself through a gentle journey of movement, mindfulness, and relaxation. Led by a certified yoga instructor, this experience combines mindful movement, nature immersion, and sound healing to help you feel refreshed, grounded, and recharged.
Our experience begins with a leisurely 45-minute guided hike at Mt Faber towards Henderson Waves, where you'll enjoy lush greenery, fresh air, and moments to slow down and be present.
After the hike, we'll continue to a cosy private home yoga studio for a beginner-friendly 30-minute yoga stretch session designed to release tension, improve mobility, and restore balance in the body.
The experience concludes with a short sound bath relaxation using singing bowls, allowing you to fully unwind and settle into a state of calm. We'll then gather for a soothing tea experience, offering a quiet moment to connect, reflect, and nourish yourself before returning to the rest of your day.
