Global Heart Activation is a gentle, heart-centered collective sound meditation created with one shared intention: to come together, get grounded, regulate within, and contribute something good to the world energetically and emotionally.
This experience is designed to support your own nervous system while also inviting you into the power of collective presence. Because when we slow down together, breathe together, and hold intention together… that calm doesn’t just stay within us. It ripples outward.

What You’ll Experience
We’ll begin by gathering in circle.
Each participant will receive a single word anchor to hold throughout the experience. This may be a simple focus such as peace, trust, love, clarity, compassion, or another word that serves as your personal thread for the session.
Your word becomes something you can return to whenever your mind wanders, while the group collectively holds a shared field of grounding, coherence, and heart-centered presence.
From there, you’ll be guided through a global meditation and invocation focused on inner regulation, connection, and collective intention.
After the meditation, you’ll move into an immersive sound experience featuring sound bowls, Reiki, and tuning fork integration. The tuning forks will be gently focused around the shoulders, heart, and crown to support relaxation, grounding, energetic alignment, and collective coherence.
This class is gentle, accessible, and created to feel like a calm inner reset while also reminding you that when we come together intentionally, our presence becomes medicine beyond the room.

Together, we regulate within and contribute that energy outward into the collective.
