About this Event
In this session, we bring awareness to automatic negative thoughts (ANTs)—the habitual patterns of thinking that often run beneath the surface of our daily experience. These thoughts are not who we are, but learned patterns shaped over time. Through mindfulness, we begin to observe them with curiosity rather than judgment.

Together, we’ll explore how mindfulness can help us slow down, notice our inner dialogue, and create space between ourselves and the stories our mind tells.

- Grounding breath practice and mindful arrival
- Gentle reflection on the previous session and integration
- Guided awareness practice to observe and label thoughts
- Introduction to common patterns of automatic negative thinking
- Free-writing journaling exercise to explore inner dialogue
- Optional sharing in a respectful, supportive space

You may notice sensations in the body as you bring awareness to your thoughts—this is part of the practice. We are not here to fix or change anything, only to observe and become aware.
