GLŌ AND THRIVE WELLNESS RESET

GLŌ & Thrive is a wellness reset centered on shared experiences, intentional movement, and meaningful connection.

Hosted by Urban GLŌ and Thrive by Magnum Opus, this immersive gathering invites guests to pause from their everyday routines and reconnect with themselves and others through a thoughtfully curated wellness experience.

Throughout the day, guests will move through a series of abbreviated wellness sessions including yoga, breathwork, sound bath, and couples stretch, while also exploring wellness activations, conversation spaces, and community gathering.

The evening experience transitions into a guided candle-making class led by Urban GLŌ, followed by the GLŌ & Grown live podcast discussion hosted by Nicole Hill, exploring wellness, growth, and navigating life with intention.

Whether you come for movement, reflection, or connection, GLŌ & Thrive creates space to reset your energy and share meaningful experiences with others in the community.

GLŌ & Thrive is designed as a wellness reset through shared experiences, allowing guests to move through different moments of movement, reflection, and connection throughout the day.

Guests will participate in two featured wellness classes led by experienced instructors, including options such as:

• Spring Renewal Yoga
• Couples Stretch & Connection
• Breathwork & Guided Reset
• Sound Bath Experience

Each session is designed as a 45-minute high-impact experience that introduces guests to different wellness practices.

Throughout the event, guests can explore wellness activations and services including:

• Wellness shots
• IV wellness treatments (limited availability)
• Relaxation experiences and wellness vendors

These activations provide additional ways to support restoration and self-care throughout the day.

The evening experience features a guided candle-making class led by Urban GLŌ, where guests will create a personalized candle while setting intentions for the season ahead.

The event concludes with the GLŌ & Grown Podcast conversation hosted by Nicole Hill, featuring a live discussion around wellness, growth, and navigating life with intention.
