Creighton DPT Students - Creighton Giving Day is Tuesday, April 14. Support your school and your profession by makin a gift to any of the SPAHP areas on the GIving Day website and receive a Creighton Physical Therapy T-shirt.
How it works:
Sign up to be a Givind Day Ambassador before April 10. Once signed up you'll receive a social media tool kit to share Giving Day info on your accounts and a link to email friends and family.

Once you receive your confirmation your gift was received, complete this Eventbrite registration to claim your Tshirt. Limited size and color options; first-come, first-served, so get your order in early.
