Give to Gain | An International Women's Month Wellness Celebration

This International Women's Month, we're creating space for the women who carry so much, and are so rarely centred.

Give to Gain is a warm, celebratory wellness gathering for women living with chronic health conditions, including sickle cell disease, and their carers. Designed with accessibility in mind, this is an evening of creativity, connection, and collective reflection.

The evening opens with a screening of the HUGS (Hope You Give Someone) campaign by Truth of a Warrior Network, a powerful movement led by executive producer Orelia Grace that centres awareness, emotional support, and community care for those living with sickle cell disease. Following the screening, Orelia will be joined in conversation with Dionne Reid to explore themes of resilience, community support, and the power of human connection.

Whether you're navigating a diagnosis, supporting someone you love, or simply craving community that feels like home, you're welcome here.
