About this Event
Urban Design Outreach, in collaboration with the Pittsburgh Community Market, is set to host the third annual Give Sanctuary Festival on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The event will take place at 352 University Avenue, Southwest, Atlanta, GA 30310, in the historic Pittsburgh District.
Founder Valeasia Walker elaborates on the vision:
"In a world fraught with chaos and inauthentic experiences, the Give Sanctuary Festival aims to create a space where individuals can truly be themselves and create things that reflect their authentic selves. The festival's theme, “Experience Something Real. Let's Build A Village,” calls on all Guardians of the Culture to unite in a celebration of heritage and community.."
Now in its third year, the festival invites designers, builders, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors to become Guardians of the Culture. Those who participate will have their names printed on the artistic simulation of Sanctuary Stained Glass Windows.
